Areas
Ms.
Benolken is the
firm's primary trial and litigation attorney, practicing in federal,
state, and
county courts and administrative tribunals on both the trial and
appellate
levels. She is also a certified mediator. Although many of
the
disputes Ms. Benolken assists with involve the interpretation of
parties’
intentions and agreements which are often expressed in documents, such as
contracts, trusts, or wills, she
also has experience in matters involving the
proper application of various laws, including the Constitution,
statutes and
regulations. Ms. Benolken’s experience includes both commercial
and
government contracts, including bid protests and other procurement
matters, and
she has extensive experience in probate, estate, trust, and fiduciary
litigation.
